I created this space as a reflection of my journey - one rooted in creativity, self-discovery, and the ever-evolving pursuit of authenticity.

As an artist, therapist-in-training, and storyteller, I am on a mission is to help others feel seen, understood, and encouraged to embrace their own creative journey. I believe that once we’re able to tap into our inner creative child, we unlock the tools to be able to be our most connected, authentic, vulnerable selves.
